I got moved to a quieter room after my first night, which was really helpful since the A/C fans were loud. Plus, the staff was super friendly, always greeting me with a smile and answering all my questions.

The absence of storage options in double-bed rooms makes unpacking cumbersome, as there's nowhere to stash clothes for longer stays. Late checkout reminders felt pushy, with staff knocking on doors prematurely, which didn’t sit well with the schedule everyone expects from hotels.

I loved the large lobby. even when busy, it felt spacious. my room was modern, clean, and had two queen beds. the restaurant in the lobby was a big plus, allowing us to charge meals to the room. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. also, the hotel is within walking distance to amazing restaurants! don't forget to check out the nearby river view.

I really enjoyed my stay. The roomy features like the walk-in shower and a comfortable bed were lovely, but I was disappointed there was no indoor pool during my visit.
